Terms & Contest Rules

The short version: these rules cover all contests, votes, giveaways, sweepstakes, presave campaigns, and fan signups we run from time to time. Give us accurate info, don't abuse the system, no purchase is ever necessary, you must be 18+, and any texts or emails you opt into can be stopped anytime with one tap or one word.

1. Who we are

These promotions are operated by Butr Inc. (Québec enterprise no. 1174469701, Montréal, Québec, Canada), on behalf of the artists ARCH, Amour Propre, Nico de Andrea, and partners we work with (together, "we", "us"). Each promotion may add its own specific details (prize, dates, entry actions); where those differ from these general rules, the promotion-specific details control.

2. Acceptance

By entering a promotion or signing up — including submitting your phone number or email — you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy (which includes our cookie/ad-measurement practices). If you don't agree, simply don't enter.

3. Eligibility

4. No purchase necessary

No purchase or payment is ever required to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Where a promotion awards entries for actions (e.g. saving a track, following, voting, sharing), an equivalent free method of entry is available — email support@arch.music to request the free-entry method for any active promotion.

5. How to enter & how entries work

Entry steps vary by promotion and are described on its page. Typically you verify a phone or email, then optionally complete actions that each award entries. You may only enter as yourself, with accurate information, using accounts you own. We may verify that actions were genuinely completed and may void entries we reasonably believe are fraudulent, automated, duplicated, or obtained in bad faith.

6. Winner selection & odds

Unless a promotion states otherwise, winners are selected by random draw from all valid entries after the promotion closes. Odds depend on the number of valid entries. More entries (where a promotion allows multiple) increase but do not guarantee your chances.

“We Are Fire” contest (Amour Propre) — entry deadline: Entries close July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central European Summer Time (Paris). The random draw for five (5) winners takes place on August 1, 2026. Prizes: VIP backstage access with one (1) guest to the private “We Are Fire” launch party (Salon Gustave Eiffel, Paris, July 24, 2026 — party-access winners for that event are selected and notified before July 22) and one (1) official “We Are Fire” vinyl per winner upon release. Entries submitted after the deadline are not eligible. Winners are verified for completed actions and contacted by phone and/or email; if a selected winner is ineligible or their proof is invalid, an alternate winner is drawn.

7. Skill-testing question (Canada)

As required by Canadian law, selected Canadian winners must correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question before being awarded a prize.

9. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, script, scrape, overload, or game our sites or promotions; don't impersonate others or submit false information; don't use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend or disqualify anyone who does, and remove entries obtained that way.

10. Texts & emails

Marketing texts/emails are optional and require your separate opt-in — you can enter without them. If you opt in: reply STOP to end texts (HELP for help; message & data rates may apply), or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Stopping marketing does not remove you from a promotion you already entered, and we may still send essential messages about that promotion. See the Privacy Policy for full detail.

11. Intellectual property

All content on our sites — music, artwork, logos, text — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission. If a promotion invites you to submit content (e.g. a post or video), you confirm it's yours and grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it in connection with the promotion.

12. Disclaimers & liability

Our sites and promotions are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for technical failures, lost/late/misdirected entries, or for issues caused by third-party platforms or carriers. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law (including under consumer-protection and privacy laws). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some may not apply to you.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your home country still apply.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms as our promotions and tools change; the effective date above will reflect that. Promotion-specific rules may be published per campaign.
